Mr Aganmwonyi’s career engagement  transverses  academia; community development  and business  . He was a faculty member of the University of Benin , Benin City before his transition to Shell Petroleum Development Company  where he held several  senior management positions  with extensive engagement in agricultural extension services; community peace building and security support.

He is the Managing Director,  Mcron Integrated Oil and Gas Limited and founder, Mcron Hills International School.

Mr Aganmwonyi has demonstrated  passion for improving the condition of living of members of poor households and has made enormous contributions towards human development.
