In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, many organisations face the challenge of scaling their operations effectively to meet increasing market demands and capitalise on growth opportunities. Despite having innovative products or services, businesses often struggle with the complexities of scaling, which can include operational inefficiencies, a lack of clear operational/governance structure, resource constraints, and market entry barriers.
About The Business Scale-Up Programme (BSP)
Recognizing the need for structured support at the critical phase of organisational development, the Business Scale-Up Programme has been designed to equip entrepreneurs and business leaders with the essential skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary for successful scaling. This programme draws on best practices from industry leaders, case studies, and expert insights to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the scaling process.
Through a combination of interactive workshops, mentorship, and real-world applications, participants will learn how to identify growth opportunities, optimize operational processes, enhance financial management, Institute governing structures, and develop effective marketing strategies.
The programme also emphasizes the importance of building a resilient organizational culture that can adapt to change and sustain growth over time.
The Ehi Centre Business Scale-Up Programme (BSP) aims to empower participants to navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses with confidence and strategic foresight, ultimately driving economic growth and innovation within their communities.
The programme was launched in 2024 and has provided access to enterprise development training to several young business owners in Nigeria, helping them to institutionalise requisite structures in their business. They are supported and guided to envision, develop, and implement growth plans. Key interventions are seminars, workshops, and mentoring programmes.
